·    Miyuki Kagawa/Wonder Cop– Wonder Cop, known in her planet as female citizen “LCCR-97394”, was an interplanetary police detective who was investigates a series of war crimes committed by a criminal mastermind from her homeworld who would later assume the identity of Sparta Maxima. She uncovered a plot by Maxima to travel to Earth to steal its’ natural resources. After months of staking out his hideout, Elcee found Maxima leaving in his galactic battleship heading towards Earth. She pursued the ship in her space police cruiser for several light years until a naval battle erupted, crashing both vessels on Earth, near a forest area outside Tokyo, Japan. She chases Maxima on foot when she began to feel dizzy. Somehow, something on Earth’s atmosphere changed her physiology as well as Maxima’s, leaving them fallen unconscious for hours. Still in her police uniform, she awaken at the suburban house of unemployed worker couple Kazuki and Mikuru Kagawa, with assistance from Earth‘s hero Superhawke. Elcee soon learned in her that she possess a wide variety of superhuman powers, with accidental results. Worried about a potential disaster in the making, Superhawke calms the inexperienced heroine and decided to train her in controlling and mastering her powers. Knowing that the same thing might have happened with Maxima, Elcee is determined to track the mastermind down, while at the same time uses her newfound powers to help her fellow citizens in her new home. Taken the identity of Miyuki Kagawa and recruited to the Tokyo Police Department, She fights the forces of evil as the city’s newest guardian angel, Wonder Cop. Miyuki, though a hard-working and dedicated servicewoman, is at times hot-tempered and tomboyish, although she hides her emotions under her feminine and sweet-natured civilian identity. Her flawed character traits are only match by her courage, determination, and strong sense of duty and justice. Despite possessing the same superhuman abilities, if not more powerful, as Superhawke and Pulsar Pureheart, Miyuki is a bit inexperienced in using her powers, since her first set of heroics and battles ended up in disaster. However, under intense meditation, as well as training and tutelage from Superhawke and Pulsar Pureheart (she is their first protégé), she soon learned to control and carefully utilize her powers. Miyuki has a soft spot for children and pets. She later found a stowaway in the trunk of her ship in the form of her shape-shifting pet cat from her home planet she later renamed Mi-Chan. She has a frustrating relationship with her confidant, photojournalist Koji Kawasaki, the only one beside her parents to learn her secret identity. Miyuki is forced to act as Koji’s “Girl Friday”, as in helping him investigate crimes he is working on, in exchange for him to not tell her secret. Miyuki also as a secret romantic interest, in both her identities, with fellow officer Jason Tomoe. She currently has a heated rivalry with Tokyo’s first superhero, the technological avenger Devo-Dude (aka Akira Koboto), who blames her for stealing the spotlight (Her first appearance as Wonder Cop interrupted a ceremony where Devo-Dude were to be given the key to the city but was abruptly cancelled due to the growing popularity of Wonder Cop). Miyuki often finds moral support while visiting Kazuki and Mikuru (now her adoptive Earth parents) in their apartment. Her favorite hobbies include rally racing, eating beef bowls, singing, online dating and video games at the local arcade. As mentioned, her favorite Earth food is beef bowls. Wonder Cop possesses a wide variety of superhuman powers and abilities, most of them are similar to Superhawke and Pulsar Pureheart (sans the latter’s multiple identity changing abilities). These include flight, superhuman strength and speed, invulnerability, the ability to survive the vacuum of space without the aid of a spacesuit, heat/x-ray/telescopic vision, spinning and normal teleportation, time travel, freeze and gale-force breath, emitting a variety of beams from her hands (I.e. heat blasts, magnetic, and freeze) and changing between both identities while spinning in super speed (similar to the identity transformations of Superhawke and Pulsar Pureheart). Unlike her two equally-powered counterparts, however Wonder Cop has the slight advantage with her amazing telepathic and psychic powers, which she uses to great extent than the other two (Pulsar Pureheart also has telepathic powers, but she uses them less often and concentrating on her physical abilities rather than mental), One of her two main weakness with an experimental “Beta-Beam”, a concentrated light beam emitting through a combination of a radioactive crystal from her home planet and Earth diamonds; when emitted towards her it drains her strength and making her semi-invulnerable and near powerless (except normal teleportation, if she is strong enough to engage this). She is also is vulnerable to Earth magic and sorcery. In both cases, she needs to teleport back to her police cruiser, which is equipped with “Zeta-beam” emitters to re-replenish her strength and powers. Her alien brain acts like a “supercomputer” that enables her to learn and adapt as twenty times faster than a normal human being, especially useful when adapting to Earth‘s culture and technology. She is fluent in almost all of Earth’s languages as well as a master strategist and tactician. Her spaceship is a galactic police cruiser and can travel through space in hyper speeds and has an adaptive camouflage system that enable the cruiser to disguise itself as any vehicle, currently it is disguised as a Tokyo Police-issue Honda subcompact coupe.

·    Akira Koboto/Devo-Dude – Miyuki’s “boyfriend” and Wonder Cop’s rival; super scientist who created a suit that can make him grow up to 50 feet tall; goofy, media-savvy and egotistic; hobbies include karaoke, listening to old 80’s punk rock songs, dancing to ‘50’s dance styles and ice cream sundaes; always tries to hit on Miyuki but usually gets a punch in the face; as Devo-Dude, he can shoot electro-blasts at the opponents; a rookie at karate, he only can do spin kicks; accident-prone; has a jealous streak towards Wonder Cop and steals her spotlight and/or takes credit for her many heroics

·    Jason Tomoe – Miyuki’s partner in the Tokyo Police who fell in love with her alter ego; former detective demoted to Miyuki’s traffic division after failing to expose the Katana Crimson crime syndicate; handsome and dedicated to the job; unlike most of Tokyo’s patrol officers, he always carries a gun on duty; a male version of “his girl Friday” as opposed to Miyuki’s mild-mannered attitude; always gets into trouble when he goes after more dangerous criminals without his partner’s knowledge.

·    Koji Kawasaki – Reporter/photographer to Tokyo newspaper The Daily Samurai; wears an old-style bow tie and suit and carried his trusty digital camera; a good reporter but get distracted at chasing girls in short skirts and bikinis; the resident pervert. Every time he tries to take a picture of Wonder Cop in action, he concentrates on focusing his camera at the heroine’s butt;
