Constable Annie Kwan is the radio dispatch officer for the Hong Kong Police’s Hyper Crimes Division. She coordinates radio communications with her team. She also occasionally goes into field missions and helps her friends, team detectives Jackie Li and Fa-Wing Chan, get out of situations. Annie is a shy and bashful person when it comes to social activities. But is loyal to her friends and willing to risk her life to protect the people she loves. She sometimes hates having dating and other social problems get it the way of her job, but some of the team’s members, like Alice Barlow is always there to cheer her up. Annie balances work and relationships in a frantic pace. Annie’s favorite hobbies are radio-controlled car racing and reading beauty magazines. Annie is a Zeta-Super: she has the usual Zeta-Super abilities like flight and shoot power blasts from her fists. She has some very unique hidden powers that never yet released unless she’s in extreme danger. Annie is a champion swimmer and track star. She trained in kung fu and judo as part of her police training. She carries on and off-duty her Walther PPK .380 semi-automatic handgun. She’s an expert in communications and coordinating team positions around the city. She’s also a respectable detective. She’s also a good electronics repairwoman and assistant mechanic.
