Known only by his trade name Black Rifle, the former Marine Corps soldier and Iraq War veteran uses his skills as a professional assassin, whose clients includes several major crime syndicates, drug cartel lords and terrorist groups. He is a rival and adversary of The Cleaner since the GOTHIC operative saved one of his targets. Now Black Rifle has him on his crosshairs if he gets in his way again.Black Rifle is a seasoned and skilled marksman. He is also a trained in black ops and counter-espionage. He is an experienced hand-to-hand combatant and is a frequent master of disguise. His preferred weapon is a customized M16A4 rifle with a sniper scope, flip-on sights and capable of fully automatic fire; he often uses his rifle only as a sniper weapon, but also as a close-quarters and melee weapon as well (he normally rams his rifle’s butt on his adversaries’ heads and midsection; and also uses it for stabbing with a fixed bayonet). He also carries a backup .357 Smith & Wesson revolver, as well as spare rifle magazines, a bayonet and miniature remote controlled plastic explosives holstered under his trench coat.
