Galaxia Sky is an elite member of the Space Knights, an intergalactic peacekeeping force which was the enforcers of the cosmos long before the creation of the Intergalactic Patrol; the two organizations are now sister networks which coordinate with each other in tracking down criminals and protect their respective citizens. Galaxia was working on a case involving illegal interplanetary kidnapping and human trafficking network involving a non-interference planet called Earth.

      Against orders by her superiors not to intervene in Earth's affairs, but concerned about the motive that the suspects might use Earth citizens for alien slavery rings, Galaxia headed for Earth. She found out that one of her adversary form one of her past cases was involved in the trafficking ring working along side a local criminal named Gunrunner. Eager to further investigate the situation, she soon stumbled across local hero American Soldier, and later teamed up with him to bring the operation down.

      Knowing that her arch nemesis is still cooperation with Gunrunner, Galaxia was granted permission by her superiors in the Space Knights to put in charge of illegal alien activities, under the condition that she must work secretly not revealing her activities to the local authorities (which was easier said than done). She reluctantly joined American Soldier's newly-formed crime fighting team Soldier 6 in helping contain local crime and help end the operations of Gunrunner's organization.

      Galaxia is bound by honor and has a strong will and sense of justice. Aside from fellow member Roger Connors, and to some extent American Soldier himself, Galaxy is one of the more mature and more responsible members to the team; she even acts like the team's resident conscience whenever some members gets into arguments and in-fighting. She is a constant professional and dedicates herself to finish the mission no matter how insurmountable the odds might be. She is also is like a big sister and role model to American Soldier's sister Lois-Ville Slugger; the two often engages in girl-to-girl talks and give each other advice on many subjects including dating relationships and how to conquer each others' fears.

      Galaxia is profound with Earth culture and people, and believes that Earth's humanity could one day get along with other alien species when the time is right. Her favorite Earth hobbies are ballet dancing, playing the violin and reciting poetry. Her favorite Earth food is sausage pizza. Galaxia is a trained officer in the Space Knights, especially in ancient law enforcement practices and intergalactic law. She has vast experience and knowledge on various alien species, cultures and technology. As a Space Knight, she was given extraordinary powers and abilities that are standard with all officers, including cosmic awareness, superhuman speed, agility and reflexes, telepathy, invulnerable force field generation and projection, invisibility and psychic powers. She is an expert swordswoman and is a trained intergalactic martial arts combatant. She has an ability to jump up to a maximum height equivalent of a five-story buildings per single leap. Her preferred weapon is a Space Knight standard-issue plasma sword that can deflect bullets and high-speed energy beam weapons. She wears two standard issue Space Knight uniforms: a long-sleeve upper bodysuit with attached pleaded miniskirt and thigh-high field boots for winter months, and a sleeveless hi-cut leotard (no skirt) and standard-length boots for summer seasons.
