Harry Hare was one of Hollywood's best-loved TV 'toon stars. He had it
all: a push mansion in Beverly Hills, a top-rated Saturday morning
series, and legions of adoring fans. That was, until his studio suffers
from serious competition, a grueling recession and massive budget cuts.
It was so bad that the studio's CEO booted out Harry and his on-screen
comedy partner Matt Mallard to make room for an animated action show to
replace Harry's time slot.
Out of work and now without a home,
Harry and Matt look for several jobs to earn a living. When Harry saw
reruns from an ad for a private eye firm, he decided to use what was
left for his bank account to start a private detective/bodyguard
agency. With Matt tagging along for the ride, and with later help from
Megumi, a cute anime stuntwoman from Japan who moonlights as a magical
girl superhero, Roy, an ex-undercover agent with a dark past, Will and
Yoko, a wisecracking ninja master and an ex-Navy SEAL respectively, as
well as a host of others, Harry scourers around L.A. solving crimes and
guarding celebrities. And along the way he encounters some strange and
very weird characters
From 'toon mobsters to super-villains bent
on world domination to guys with girl trouble, anvils fall and bullets
fly as this unlikely and unorthodox crew of detectives goes on cases no
cop can solve and adventures no big-time cartoon show can handle.

Occupation: Ex-television/movie personality, private detective

· Harry Hare – Harry
Hare used to be one of Hollywood's top 'toon celebrities. He had a
top-rated TV series along with his co-stars Matt Mallard, Wacky Wolf,
Chaos Coyote, Crusher the Gorilla, Purr-fume and one-time late season
replacement Katty Litter. He also has several awards under his belt, a
mansion in Beverly Hills and legions of adoring fans. But when his
show's rating plummeted due to major cutbacks and heavy competition
(comic book action shows), his studio, Megastar Studios, was forced to
cancel the series in favor of a Japanese Ninja schoolboy anime, thus
having Harry and his co-stars kicked, literary, out of the studio. He
was evicted from his mansion and his life savings were stolen by the
studio to pay for the debts he owed to them. Depressed, homeless, out
of work and drowning his sorrows in sour milk (the 'toon equivalent to
alcohol) Harry and his co-star and friend Matt Mallard where
desperately searching for work. One day, Harry and Matt hung out in a
bar when they saw an ad for a private detective agency. Harry later had
a brainstorm: he would use what is left of his savings to start his own
private eye/bodyguard agency to help the citizens of L.A. Matt, who at
first did not agree with the idea but soon sees it as an opportunity
for fast money, soon joins in. After several unfortunate mishaps at
first, the hapless duo was soon joined by young anime stuntwoman Megumi
Mahara, and ex-Interpol agent Roy Rustle. Thus beginning their
adventures solving cases, protecting major celebrities and clash with
several criminal groups and mad villains as they would grow to became
the #1 private detective agency in L.A., though they still have to pay
huge bills and the rent to their office, not to mention dodging anvils
and bullets. Harry is selfless and noble, as well as most of the times
cheerful and optimistic. He is friendly to even to worst of his
enemies. He has a reputation to outwitting his off-screen adversaries
and survive perilous situations with a wink and a smile. He considers
his colleagues like family and treats Roy Rustle like a big brother,
although he has to withstand Matt's constant complaining and whining as
well as his choice in clients. Although he mostly leaves the rough
field work to Roy and Megumi, Harry would get to the spotlight and
tries to solve situations, even if he ends up in danger. Despite
troubling times, Harry remains upbeat and hopes for a better tomorrow,
even if that someday never comes. His favorite hobbies includes signing
in the shower and signing autographs from loyal fans. His favorite
foods are carrot cake and ice cream. Though not trained as an
investigator or a bodyguard, Harry relies in his wits and knowledge for
old school animation history, though he is not found of knowing
Japanese anime (that is left to Megumi), to help with most cases. Like
other 'toons (anthro and some humanoids) Harry is impervious to normal
physical harm, tobacco, normal alcohol and weapons (i.e. when an anvil
drops on him, he springs back to normal later). As with all other
'toons, he can be hurt or killed by eraser technology (in any form
including powder for poisoning or bullets and ammunition). Also like
all 'toons, sour milk has the same intoxication properties to his
physiology as alcohol is to normal humans. Harry can "change" to his
on-screen personas including Mr. Mountie, his Canadian Mounted Police
uniform-clad identity, and Hurricane Hare, his "superhero" identity
dressed in long johns and boxers shorts whose only "superpower" is a
'toon-like spin. He is seldom trained in driving and pursuit techniques
from Roy Rustle, although he ends up crashing cars and causing, albeit
fatality-free, property damage. He is somewhat trained in 'toon weapons
but leads to accidental misfiring and mostly slapstick disastrous
results. He also has a weakness for milk tea and cakes.
MATT MALLARD
|
Real name: Matthew Mad Duck Mallard
Height: 3 ft. 10 in.
Weight: 70 lbs.
Occupation: Ex-television/movie personality, private detective
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Matt Mallard – Matthew
"Matt" Mallard is Harry Hare's childhood friend and co-star of his
top-rated TV show. During their time in the limelight, Matt often share
some of the space from Harry's mansion in Beverly Hills, especially
when he invited several bikini-clad socialites to hang out with him in
the mansion's whirlpool, much to disgust of Harry, who later drove out
the party girls later. When Harry and his cast were fired by their
studio to make room for a new "Ninja Schoolboy" Japanese import action
show, Harry was evicted from his mansion, and Matt was prohibited to
even enter and use the facilities. Matt later invited Harry to move at
his run-down apartment, but soon after Matt failed to pay the bills,
they both were kicked out of there as well. Searching for jobs and
homes, Matt and Harry were drunk at a local bar (sour milk is the
"alcoholic breakage to 'toons) when Harry saw an ad for a local private
detective agency and had a brainstorm: he would start his own agency to
help the people of Los Angeles and solve their problems. Matt at first
dismiss the idea, but later sees this as an opportunity to use their
former fame to attract high-paying celebrities and wealthy clients to
get back to the easy lifestyle he once enjoyed. So the two agreed at
started their own agency in an abandoned warehouse in East L.A. Thus
soon began the zany misadventures of Matt and Harry, with Matt doing
publicity for the agency and in charge of choosing his list of clients.
Matt is money-driven, albeit somewhat greedy with it comes to finances,
and loves the easy lifestyle. Unlike Harry's noble and heroic and
upbeat personality, Matt is hot-tempered, selfish, and rather go on to
parties with swimsuit models rather than let Harry choose his own list
of clients. Matt is more of a behind the scenes man than a field agent,
although he seldom tags with Roy Rustle in some occasions where they
end up in danger and Harry and Megumi Mahara ends up rescuing them. As
opposed to Harry's original vision of using the agency to help the
city's needy and helpless, Matt is picky in choosing more wealthy
clients and celebrities ('toon and human), which leads to both of them
constantly arguing with each other. Despite the animosities between
them, Matt is sometimes force to rescue Harry from various perilous
situations, although losing his friend will mean the end of his fast
track to wealth (?) His favorite hobbies include spending countless
hours counting money, gambling, and hanging out with scantily clad
women in pool parties and saunas. His favorite foods are Caesar salad
and caviar. Least favorite food is normal duck (he does not fashioned
himself to resort to "cannibalism" on his own kind). Like other 'toons
(anthro and some humanoids) Harry is impervious to normal physical
harm, tobacco, normal alcohol and weapons (i.e. when an anvil drops on
him, he springs back to normal later). As with all other 'toons, he can
be hurt or killed by eraser technology (in any form including powder
for poisoning or bullets and ammunition). Also like all 'toons, sour
milk has the same intoxication properties to his physiology as alcohol
is to normal humans.
PRETTY AGENT CUTIE LOVE

Real name: Megumi Mahara
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blonde
Height: 4 ft. 11 in.
Weight: 105 lbs.
Occupation: Former TV stuntwoman, high school student, secretary, superhero
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Megumi Mahara/Pretty Agent Cutie Love – Megumi
Mahara, forever a 15-yeard 'toon Japanese high school student, was a
anime stuntwoman playing double for many of the genre's popular
heroines. When her human parents received an offer to move to and work
in America, Megumi was forced to leave her home for many years. When
she was packing her bags for the trip to Los Angeles, she was
interrupted by a talking alien puppy named Amadeus, who told Megumi
that she was chosen to be the guardian of Earth and defend the planet
of all evil and crime. Thinking that it was a stunt from one of the
anime studios in an attempt to bring her back, Megumi laughed. Until
the Amadeus give her a magic pendant which transforms her into a
magical girl super heroine. Still not convinced by the transformation
and still believes it was still a stunt, Megumi attempted to drive
Amadeus out, until a monster attacked her neighborhood. Using her
experience as a stuntwoman, Megumi quickly adapted her new powers and
drove the monster off, now realizing that it was no stunt. Since it was
a few days before the move to L.A., Megumi uses her newfound identity
as an opportunity for fame and respect as a superhero. The when the duo
arrived at L.A., Megumi saw a T.V. ad for a new private detective
agency which had just started by former 'toon star Harry Hare.
Desperate in need of work, Megumi reluctantly went to the Harry at his
apartment and quickly signed in. Megumi, Harry and his partner Matt
Mallard, not knowing where to look for a place to start their business,
stumbled on to a warehouse apartment in East L.A., where they met up
with disgraced former Interpol agent Roy Rustle. After a series of
misunderstandings, the four settled up their differences and went ahead
with starting the Harry Hare Investigations and Protection Agency. Soon
with the help of Megumi soon revealing her superhero identity to the
others and her magical powers, the agency quickly became a success and
attracted some of Hollywood's popular human and 'toon celebrities.
Knowing realizing her destiny is about to unfold, Megumi, as public
relations agent, secretary and field agent, is determined to try her
best to help her friends while moonlighting as the city's newest
protector, Pretty Agent Cutie Love. Megumi is sweet-natured but often
hyperactive, whose goal is to gain respect and fame as a public heroine
and as a good citizen. She is occasionally accident-prone and clumsy,
often her klutziness often angers Roy and Matt in cleaning up her
messes. She is also a hard worker, trying her best to earn money for
herself and her parents. She is proven herself as a good friend and
companion, and also the resident moral booster, cheering Harry and the
crew up when things are not going their way or when they fail. Trying
to balanced her responsibilities as the agency's secretary and public
relations consultant, and as a moonlighting superhero, Megumi hopes for
the best in making a name for herself in her life. She looks at Harry
as sort of like a big brother to her, and has a trusting partnership
with Roy when the two goes out in field missions. She occasionally
looks up to Amadeus for advise and comfort, but sometimes they argue a
lot on different subjects, but still trusts one another when push comes
to shove. Her favorite hobbies include karaoke and worshipping anime
celebrities. Her favorite foods are cheeseburgers, cheese fries, and
cheese pizza. Cutie Love's various magical powers include flight,
superhuman reflexes and her standard magical attacks based on the
following elements: fire, water, lightning, wind and earth. Her
powerful attack is the "Cutie Healing Escalation" which she manifests
her magic through her battle wand to either vanquish a monster or
return a possessed human to his/her normal state. Megumi is experienced
in the history and business side of the anime genre as well as Japanese
pop culture. She has connections from her old work in Japan to connect
with several anime celebrities. Megumi is a somewhat trained
stuntwoman, but occasional goofs off attempt physical stunt. She is
mildly trained in karate and defensive tactics. When she is not in her
Cutie Love identity, she often carries a stun gun and a can of pepper
spray for protection. She is a trained defensive driver and part-time
electronics and computer repairwoman.
ROY RUSTLE

Real name: Roy Rustle
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Brown
Height: 6 ft. 1 in.
Weight: 205 lbs.
Occupation: Former police detective (INTERPOL), private detective, bounty hunter
Preferred weapon: Heckler & Koch USP
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Roy Rustle – Canadian
born and raised L.A. resident Roy Rustle, the first "human" to join
Harry Hare's motley crew of private eyes, was one of Interpol's best
undercover agents, working deep cover within some of the world's most
dangerous crime syndicates, until an affair with a mysterious mob
informant turned to tragedy which lead to her death and a near fatal
shootout with enforcers leaving him out for dead. He soon quitted the
force and returned to America wasting away in his apartment located in
a warehouse in East L.A. When he arrived at his apartment, he found
three strangers frolicking at his living room: former 'toon stars Harry
Hare and Matt Mallard, and anime stuntwoman Megumi Mahara. Frustrated
at first that they are intruding in his home, Roy pulls out a shotgun
at the group until he recognized Harry, he used to watching the 'toon
rabbit as his idol, Mr. Mountie when he was a kid was just moved to the
city. Harry and Roy talked about his dark past, the reluctant rabbit,
seeing Roy's extraordinary detective skills and valuable assets as an
undercover agent, offered him a job as one of his assistants in his
newly formed detective/bodyguard agency. Having no where to go and
seeing an opportunity to side with his childhood hero, Roy accepted,
and thus began their friendship between the two. Roy is now the head
field agent for the agency, doing grunt investigative work and various
bodyguard duties. Roy is forever tormented by his dark past and the
death of the only woman he loved. He refused several attempts from his
former colleagues to return to Interpol because of his trauma. Thanks
to Harry's encouragement and advise though, Roy finds his inner
strength to move on with his life and face his personal demons. He has
a good relationship with Harry, seeing that he was once his favorite
childhood idol and role model who inspired him to be a law enforcement
officer. He, however, has more a frustrating business relationship with
his other colleagues: he is extremely angered at Matt's greed-driven
activities, he is somewhat do not see eye-to-eye with Megumi's
aloofness and klutziness, and he is not found of having a hard time
communicating with the later employees. His social flaws is matched
with his sense of justice and hatred towards evildoers. Knowing soon
that his past will someday catch up with him, Roy is trying to survive
living a day-to-day routine with a bunch of wackos, goofballs, and
inflated egos: he has no choice. His hobbies are listening to jazz
music and collection LP's of 1940's big band musicians. His favorite
food are chili dogs. Roy is a seasoned detective and a veteran of
several deep cover operations. He has extensive training in forensics
and criminal psychology. He has several contacts around the city as
well as in Interpol and the local National Security Agency where his
newfound colleague Sally Sutherland give him valuable information and
leads. He is a trained expert in Kung Fu, Kempo, Aikido and other
Oriental-based martial arts. He is a highly trained marksman, volunteer
sharpshooter and crack shot. He is also trained in light weapons and
law enforcement-issue firearms and defensive systems. His preferred
weapon is a H&K USP .45 pistol. He drives a 1987 Honda Accord
sedan. He is a constant chain smoker, but soon quitted under the
encouragement of Harry.
YOKO HAYES
|
Real name: Yoko Kazuki Hayes
Eyes: Purple
Hair: Black
Height: 5 ft. 6 in.
Weight: 109 lbs.
Occupation: Former Navy SEAL, privare detective, bodyguard
Preferred weapon: Beretta 92F
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Yoko Hayes – Yoko
Hayes was the first ever female to join the US Navy SEALS. Her
extraordinary resilience during training and incredible service record
makes her one of the best warriors the military ever produce, but
unfortunately it is also a public relations disaster. Knowing the
public not yet ready for a female SEAL, Yoko’s superiors gave her
another chance to return to Naval Intelligence where she was a
telecommunications officer before joining the SEALS. But she
doesn’t want to return to another lousy desk job again. So they
discharged her to civilian life. Enraged, Yoko moved to Los Angeles in
search for something that calls for her unique skills. She decided to
join Harry Hare's detective agency and ended up with a reluctant but
irritating partner, estranged ninja Will Madison. Yoko is furious
working with Will, especially his romantic, somewhat perverted attitude
towards her, ended Will getting the business end of Yoko’s "Pervert Punch". They end up guarding high-paying clients
and getting involving with a lot of criminals along the way. But in the
shadows, Yoko’s sexist former commander is waiting, for what
purpose, she don’t know. Yoko is a tomboy with a tough exterior
and angry comment toward sexist males. She sometimes has a violent
temper and knocks perverts and peeping toms into the stratosphere with
her fist. But underneath her tough skin lies a sweet and compassionate
soul with a sense of honor and justice. She can’t stand her
partner’s carefree attitude and reminds him, tough physical
abuse, that he should be more responsible to the job at hand rather
than being lazy. Yoko rather prefers wearing pants rather than skirts,
especially after her first days as a bodyguard. Yoko’s favorite
hobby is collective knives. Her favorite food is broiled fish. Yoko, as
a former SEAL, is trained in hand-to-hand combat and weaponry. She is
also trained in explosives and counter-espionage. She is the first
female to undergo and graduate from HALO and UDT training. She is
arguably one of the best female knife-fighters in the world. Prior to
joining the SEALS, she was a Naval Intelligence officer, meaning she is
an expert with satellite surveillance, computers and intelligence
gathering. She is a highly trained swimmer, diver, gymnast and athlete.
She can hold her breath underwater for seven minutes. She has gifted
detective skills. Her preferred handgun is either a Heckler and Koch
Mark 23 .45 (which she is surprisingly able to handle with ease) or a
Sig P226 9mm. Yoko drives in a 1997 Chevrolet Camaro and rides in a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle.
WILL MADISON
|
Real name: William Madison
Eyes: Green
Hair: Red
Height: 5 ft. 10 in.
Weight: 205 lbs.
Occupation: Former ninja, private detective, bodyguard
Preferred weapon: Katana blade
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· David Madison – Will
Madison is a half-Japanese is a former master ninja. He is an estranged
son of a wealthy transportation tycoon who left a live of luxury and
privilege, along with getting away from his parents' bitter
fights, for enlightenment in a remote Japanese village where he was
trained to become a superhuman assassin. But after finishing his
training, the village is not prepared for a half-American to carry
their secret trade, so they banished him. Years later, fate to
intervene as Will bump heads, literary, with Yoko Hayes, an ex-Navy
SEAL (the first female ever) who applied for employment at Harry Hare's
detective/bodyguard service in Los Angeles. Not backing down from a
challenge, and the sigh of a beautiful girl, Will accept. Since then,
Will and Yoko made an uncanny, somewhat uneasy, partnership. Will,
despite being trained as a stealthy assassin, is lazy, carefree, and
adventuresome. He has a lighthearted, and wiseass, personality, which
is the opposite of Yoko's tough, take-no-prisoners attitude. Yoko
always complains his Will’s laziness that she uses psychical
abuse to knock him to work. Their business disagreements and opposing
outlooks on life leads them to heated arguments, which unfortunately in
the end, Yoko wins. Will always love a challenge every time a client
hires them. He has a knack for the fast life and faster women,
especially when he fashioned himself as a ladies' man, though he
occasionally gets too perverted (which resulted in Yoko punch him into
the stratosphere.) His favorite hobbies are poker (specifically
Texas-Hold-‘Em) and listening to Frank Sinatra songs. His
favorite food is sweet and sour chicken. As a trained ninja, Will is an
expert in ninjistu and hand-to-hand combat, as well as an expertise in
martial arts swords, knives, and implements. He is an expert marksman
with a bow and arrow, and any modern or old-style crossbow. He has
superior reflexes and agility. His chi energy techniques as so
powerful, they even rival some from the village he trained from: one
example is his "Supermodel Jitsu", where he transforms into
a bikini-clad female supermodel as stuns his opponent (to further
explain his perverseness). Another example is his "Multiplication
Jitsu", where he supernaturally multiplies to several clones of
himself to maximize fighting abilities against an enemy. He is also an
expert in Japanese theology, oriental medicine and healing arts, and
ancient Japanese mythology.
RATFINK ROLLIGAN
|
Real name: Ratfink Reginald Rolligan
Height: 2 ft. 11 in.
Weight: 50 lbs.
Occupation: Professional criminal mastermind, crime syndicate head
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Ratfink Rolligan – Ratfink
Rolligan is the most feared 'toon crime syndicate head in Los Angeles.
He controls and employs 1/3 of the 'toon population in the entire city,
brainwashed those who oppose him into doing his various criminal
operations raging from gambling to prosecution to gun smuggling. His
plan is to control is to control all the world's 'toon population and
enslave them as his own private army and use them for his sinister
activities. Upon hearing that former 'toon star Harry Hare opened his
detective/bodyguard agency, Ratfink is concerned that Harry could be
the only thing standing between him and his notorious plans. When Harry
and his crew interfered with Ratfink's operations, the ruthless mob
boss now makes it his mission to eliminate the reluctant rabbit by any
means necessary. Ratfink is as ruthless and dangerous as he is
brilliant and calculating. Rising to the top of L.A.'s criminal
underworld in a few years with his cold tactics and his deployment of
both human and 'toon soldiers at his disposal, his organization seems
unstoppable before the arrival of Harry Hare. Cold and brutal to his
enemies and the 'toons who oppose him, but slightly business-like to
other humans and his human soldiers, Ratfink makes sure no one stands
in his way, or they will pay the ultimate price. Ratfink is a seasoned
veteran criminal organizer, planner and tactician; using cold-blooded
brutal means and deploying an arsenal of human and 'toon weapons,
including eraser technology (the only weapon that can kill 'toons) to
eliminate and terrorize his rivals and adversaries. He is guarded by
his own private army of heavily armed human hitmen, and employs an
squadron of loyal 'toons to do assignments no ordinary human would dare
to follow. He recently hired disgraced 'toon celebrities Cactus Coyote
and Crusher the Gorilla as his own personal henchmen. He lives in a
heavily-fortified 50-story penthouse building where he oversee most of
his global operations. He also has an battalion of highly paid
professional lawyers and attorneys to help keep him out of jail. If
nothing goes according to plan, he also operates in a luxury armored
private cell in San Quentin maximum security facility where he continue
to plan his ruthless activities even behind prison bars.
CACTUS COYOTE
|
Real name: Cactus Montgomery Coyote
Height: 3 ft. 11 in.
Weight: 80 lbs.
Occupation: Ex-television/movie personality, criminal assistant
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Cactus Coyote – Cactus
Coyote along side with his current partner Crusher the Gorilla, was one
of Harry Hare's co-stars back when they were starred in one of the
top-rated animated series, but the studio cancelled the show due to low
ratings and decided to replace it with a Japanese anime action show,
leaving Cactus and Crusher unemployed. Cactus blames both Harry Hare's
stealing his spotlight and the rising popularity of anime for his
downfall and soon planned for revenge. When 'toon mastermind Ratfink
Rolligan hired the angry duo as his personal henchman, Cactus seizes
the opportunity to get back at Harry and began stalking anime
celebrities and kidnaps them for ransom money. The only person standing
in his way is of course Harry and his new allies in his
detective/bodyguard agency. Harry and Cactus, once co-stars, are now
bitter adversaries in this dangerous game of cat and mouse, or in this
case rabbit and coyote. Cactus is driven by his inflated ego and has a
rotten temper. He has an overwhelming fit of anger against Harry to
getting in the way of his dreams of hugging the spotlight for himself,
vowing for payback against the 'toon star-turned-private
detective/bodyguard. He also blames the immense popularity of Japanese
anime for driving his kind out of business and is jealous at some of
the celebrities for their big eyes and overrated sex appeal, since
Cactus himself lives by the family-friendly status quo and thinks that
sex has no place in the animation business. Being outwitted on and
off-screen by Harry on several occasions, Cactus vows to somehow find a
way to defeat him at any cost. Cactus has a found partnership with
Crusher, trusting him as the muscle of the outfit and mostly doing the
dirty work while Cactus steals the spotlight for himself, and Crusher
do not mind a bit, as long as Cactus do not interfere with his personal
hobbies. Cactus is trigger-happy and prone to violence, when defeated
or things not goes his way, he fires his gun angrily in the air, at
times his stray bullet sets off a falling object, like a safe or heavy
object, which by coincidence lands on him. His favorite hobby is
collecting guns. His favorite food is celery sticks with ranch
dressing. Cactus is an expert ransom kidnapper, hostage taker and
extortionist. He is experienced and highly trained in 19th Century
firearms including single-action revolvers and lever action repeating
rifles. His preferred firearm is a Peacemaker revolver with
star-handled grips and the capacity to shoot regular and 'toon-style
ammunition. Like other 'toons (anthro and some humanoids) Crusher is
impervious to normal physical harm, tobacco, normal alcohol and weapons
(i.e. when an anvil drops on him, he springs back to normal later). As
with all other 'toons, he can be hurt or killed by eraser technology
(in any form including powder for poisoning or bullets and ammunition).
Also like all 'toons, sour milk has the same intoxication properties to
his philology as alcohol is to normal humans.
CRUSHER THE GORILLA

Real name: Crusher Augustus Gorilla VI
Height: 6 ft. 1 in.
Weight: 300 lbs.
Occupation: Ex-television/movie personality, criminal assistant
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Crusher the Gorilla – Crusher
the Gorilla, along side with his current partner Chaos Coyote, was one
of Harry Hare's co-stars back when they were starred in one of the
top-rated animated series, but ever since they were cut off from the
studio Crusher was angry was the humans who treated 'toons like trash.
Unemployed with Chaos Coyote, Crusher searched for a job which suits
his gentlemen-like manners, but was rejected due to his bad personal
hygiene, making Crusher more mad at humans and their blatant
mistreatment, or so he thinks in his own mind. It was not until 'toon
criminal mastermind Ratfink Rolligan hired both Crusher and Chaos as
his personal henchman. Vowing revenge against the humans who treated
him unfairly, Crusher accepted. And now he and his partner Chaos are in
charge of Rolligan's vast criminal operations doing his dirty
assignments. Once Harry's trusted co-star, Crusher is now one of the
reluctant detective's greatest adversaries. Crusher is refined and
gentleman-like though he will resort to primitive brute force when
provoked. He enjoyed beating up Harry and his partner Matt Mallard and
treating them like toys, but is dumbfounded the minute Harry outwits
him in the last minute. Crusher has a notorious reputation for having
the worst personal hygiene and bad etiquette like picking his nose in
public and smells his stinking armpits. His favorite hobbies include
squashing Harry and Matt like pancakes and sipping earl-grey tea. His
favorite foods (besides bananas) are crackers, fig Newtons and
crumpets. Crusher has superhuman strength and ape-like agility despite
his slow physicality: he can bend steel bars with his bare hands and
lift weights up to 100 tons. He is an expert in using primitive
gorilla-style brute tactics and a trained torturer and extortionist.
Like other 'toons (anthro and some humanoids) Crusher is impervious to
normal physical harm, tobacco, normal alcohol and weapons (i.e. when an
anvil drops on him, he springs back to normal later). As with all other
'toons, he can be hurt or killed by eraser technology (in any form
including powder for poisoning or bullets and ammunition). Also like
all 'toons, sour milk has the same intoxication properties to his
philology as alcohol is to normal humans. He speaks with a British
accent.

was a co-star and only female cast member of Harry Hare's top-rated
Saturday Morning series. But behind the scenes she was using her salary
to secretly run her secret chemical weapons smuggling business. She was
soon fired by the studio a year before the rest of the cast were cut
off. Now Purr-Fume resurfaces as a criminal mastermind, using her
life-long hobby, mixing perfumes, to sell hypnotic and dangerous
gas-based weapons to crime syndicates and terrorists. When she was
reunited with Harry Hare when he stumbled onto her operation, the
bittersweet reunion was interrupted by a SWAT team raided her warehouse
and she was sent to prison. Recently escaped from San Quentin,
Purr-fume now swears revenge against Harry and his crew while
maintaining her sinister trade, disguised as a mild-mannered
perfume-making business. Purr-Fume is cunning and is a professional
schemer, and the only 'toon to outwit Harry on and off-screen with her
distracting beauty. She would have gotten the upper hand over the
reluctant rabbit if it were not for the quick thinking of his comrades,
save for the gullible Matt Mallard. Purr-Fume has the ability to use
every weapon in her arsenal to defeat her adversaries, but her most
dangerous weapon is her extreme beauty and seductiveness, which entice
both humans and 'toons to fall on their knees by gazing a second on
her. Purr-Fume is a college-trained and experienced chemist with an
expertise of perfumes, each of which has different properties depending
on product: hypnotic, sleeping, laughing, and occasion lethal nerve
gas. She is extensively trained in the criminal smuggling trade as well
as money and business management. She is a black belt in tae Kwan do
and karate. She is often protected by her own private army of
highly-trained and skilled henchmen. She has connections to many
contacts around the world for counter-intelligence. She occasionally
carries a Walther PPK pistol in extreme emergencies.

mid-1960's) when he co-starred in a top ranking Saturday Morning series
"Civil War Bears" opposite his on-screen partner Stonewall Spencer.
When since Stonewall was sent to a mental hospital after his accident
in Vietnam, Charlie was desperate to find work. After a few cameos in
other cartoon series in the '70's and '80's, the studio fired Charlie
due to creative differences, and soon seemingly spent most of his life
in a retirement home for cartoon citizens. Is was not until recently
that Charlie was involved in a mob plot to kidnap retired 'toons and
brainwash them to become their private bodyguards that led him to hire
a detective agency, which is headed by another former 'toon star Harry
Hare. After thwarted the mob plot, and Harry saving his life, Charlie
owes his heroic actions and joining the agency as a field agent. Now,
Charlie is one of the few field agents, along with a host of human and
'toon allies, working with Harry and his crew to solve various cases
and protect many celebreties and citizens. He also comes to the rescue
of his employers when they are in several troublesome situations.
Charlie is a little crazy and
rusty on the sides, but he brings years of experience in the field of
entertainment to Harry's agency. He is also a little bit of a pervert,
especially when having an opportunity to look under the short skirts of
many anime heroines who are Harry's clients. Charlie fashions himself
to be heroic, particularly to Harry's female agents Megumi Mahara
(Cutie Love) and Yoko Hayes, assuming that they give him a kiss in the
cheek in return, but Yoko slaps him every single time he looks at her
breasts. Like Stonewall, he is a trigger-happy lunatic who fires his
musket at various adversaries, though he has bad aim. His favorite
hobbies are reading tabloids and rally racing American muscle cars. His
favorite food is corn on the cob. Charlie is experience in 'toon
celebrity affairs and gossip. He is also experienced in handling 'toon
weaponry, though he is lousy in marksmanship. His preferred weapon is a
rapid-rife 'toon musket that shoots various types of ammunitionLike
other 'toons (anthro and some humanoids) Charlie is impervious to
normal physical harm, tobacco, normal alcohol and weapons (i.e. when an
anvil drops on him, he springs back to normal later). As with all other
'toons, he can be hurt or killed by eraser technology (in any form
including powder for poisoning or bullets and ammunition). Also like
all 'toons, sour milk has the same intoxication properties to his
philology as alcohol is to normal humans.
AMADEUS THE PUPPY

Height: 2 ft. 5 in.
Weight: 50 lbs.
Occupation: Guardian (?)
Base: Los Angeles, California |
· Amadeus – Amadeus,
an alien magical puppy, has been sent by the Celestial Guardian Queen
Celestica to Earth to find its' newest Planet Guardian. One day, while
strolling on the streets of Tokyo, Japan, Amadeus found an abandoned 3
year old toddler accidentally left alone in the middle of a busy street
when a speeding truck was about to run over him. Suddenly, a 'toon
anime girl by the name of Megumi Mahara selflessly rescued the toddler
from certain death a split second before the truck hits. Megara was
cheered by a thankful crowd, and was believed to Amadeus that she must
be the right candidate for Planet Guardian. Hours later, he arrived at
Megumi's house while she was in the middle of packing her bags to move
with her parents to America. Amadeus entered Megumi's bedroom and
introduces himself to her. Thinking that he was a 'toon extra, Megumi
thinks it was part of a stunt her old studio pulled to get her back to
her old her. Amadeus magically gave her a pendant, which transforms her
into a magical girl super heroine; though Megumi still thinks it was
still a stunt. After a series of misunderstandings and a fight with the
local monster attacking her neighborhood, Megumi realizes that it was
no joke, and the two reluctantly became partners as she invited him to
be her pet dog and adviser. Now Amadeus is Megumi's guardian and
confidant. And he helps Megumi with her new job as secretary and field
agent for Harry Hare's private eye/bodyguard agency, and as her
newfound duty as the beautiful guardian of love and justice: Pretty
Agent Cuite Love. Amadeus is a little bashful and sensitive, though
being faithful and loyal, he has a bigger responsibility to help Megumi
grow as a person and a superhero. Though always friendly to most of
Megumi's co-workers, Matt Mallard always shouts at him and blames him
for messing around the office. Amadeus always tries his best to help
him his friends whenever he can and hopes to gain in return respect as
a valuable member of the crew. His favorite hobbies is watching TV. His
favorite Earth food is sausage bits. Despite being alien and has the
ability to talk, Amadeus is otherwise has the characteristics of a
normal human but with human-like thinking and decision making. He has
the magical ability to generate special gadgets and weaponry, but only
for use to Megumi for her missions as Cutie Love, although she
convinced him to generate some equipment for her to use for helping her
friends in the cases as well. He is extensively trained in sniffing out
explosives and other illegal contraband, although he has psychedelic
hallucinations when inadvertently sniffing narcotics like cocaine,
which Megumi later forbids him to do. He is trained in police dog-style
defense combat, but due to his size and somewhat lack of courage, he
could not handle himself in a fight. He ends most of his sentences with
the phrase "Woof, woof!"
