HIGH-CALIBER HIGH SCHOOL

SYNOPSIS:

            Shy Keitaro and gun-happy Makoto are mismatched struggling students attending East Tokyo High School, but they are secretly working part-time as top operatives for the CIA. Their mission: to stop the cybernetic army of the diabolical ultra-mad scientist Professor Cybertronic and his goals of world domination.

KEITARO MASAKI

·    Keitaro Masaki – Shy and bashful student of East Tokyo High School and CIA operative; blue haired; favorite foods include beef ramen and banana splits; shy among meeting ladies; sensitive when it comes to social activities; loves to write poetry; accident-prone; sometimes happy-go-unlucky attitude; accidental pervert (get punched into the atmosphere by Makoto at times); gifted aircraft and helicopter pilot (although failed to pass a single diver’s test); expert fencer; rookie at judo; practicing nurse

MAKOTO TSUJIMOTO

·    Makoto Tsujimoto – Pretty and talented student of East Tokyo High School and Keitaro’s next door neighbor, and CIA operative; a gifted expert with high caliber weapons and firearms; purple-haired; tomboy attitude; hobbies include karaoke, playing the violin and collecting stuff animals; loves to wear short skirts and hi-cut gym shorts; favorite food is curry chicken; drives a red 1988 Alfa Romero convertible; crack shot; expert gymnast; black belt in Kyokugenryo Karate; supernatural ability to throw mystic fireballs

NATASHA MISHAKOLOV

·    Natasha Mishakolov/Michiru Suzuki– Makoto’s longtime rival and Russian FSB (Federal Security Agency) agent assigned at a liaison officer and third member of the team; goes under the cover identity of Michiru Suzuki attending the same high school as Keitaro and Makoto; speaks fluent Japanese, Russian and English; same gifted expertise on handling weapons as Makoto; has a crush on hapless Keitaro, making Makoto suffers from a wild jealous streak; Olympic-level gymnast and athlete (won the World Gymnastics Tournament six years in a row); fantastic agility, reflexes, and martial arts fighting skills which are matched only by the best special ops soldiers; possesses superhuman strength despite her petite physique; she and Makoto has a personal rivalry that dates back to their first mission; she’s protected by her bodyguards, Ivan and Ivana, who are posing as her parents; loves wearing swimsuits; her hobbies include diving, ballet, and flirting with Keitaro; favorite foods are broccoli with cheese, cheesecake muffins and sirloin steak

·    Eric Donaldson – American transfer student from Pretty Oaks, California and the team’s sniper; blond-haired; wishes to be an inspiring songwriter and artist; doesn’t understand Japanese and is clueless about being in a Tokyo high school; occasional pervert, collects store-brought pink panties and bras; has “combat” experience by spending lots and lots of hours playing first-person shooter video games; goes to Keitaro for advice of how to get girls; favorite food is cheeseburgers and pizza

·    Chief Quincy – Head of the CIA’s Tokyo Special Operations bureau and the team’s boss; African-American; 20 years intelligence experience; sports an afro; serious and gets into short tempers whenever Keitaro screws up on a mission

·    Spencer Davis Allen – Equipment and gadget armorer for the team; lovable nerd who has a secret crush on Makoto, but like Keitaro, whenever he sees her panties, he receives the business end of the “Makoto Punch”

·    Professor Cybertronic – diabolical mad scientist determined to take over the world with his army of super-robotic minions; wacky, goofy and always insane; world-renowned expert in constructing and developing hi-tech cybernetic and robotic systems and state-of-the-art advanced weaponry; part-time member of the Council of Gloom and Doom (see SUPER NERD)

·    Hugo – Prefessor Cybertronic’s dimwitted assistant
