A man with no past and no name, Big Smiley rose from the ranks of criminal underworld with secretly one goal in mind: total anarchy. Only known for his trademark facial feature of a Glasgow Smile covered in heavy lipstick, this determined anarchist’s M.O. is committing crimes without motive. He is solely responsible for covertly starting mob wars across New York and is the driving force behind the corruption of some of the NYPD‘s elite organized crime units. His plan to drive the city into total chaos is somehow thwarted by an independent troubleshooting agency that defies his will. Believing that this group of vigilantes is more like a welcome challenge, Smiley engage them in fierce gun battles and brilliantly executed mind games in an attempt to thwart Quentin Gunn and his colleagues. Smiley thrives on chaos. He does not care about true motives nor is he driven by money and power. He is unpredictable in his crimes and has a knack for eluded capture. Once he is captured, it is on purposes and part of his mind games, killing people and escaped unhinged in the process. He loves the challenge from any and all adversaries and opponents, bringing them down with his twisted schemes. Smiley is an expert in mind games and is an experienced anarchist. Luring his adversaries to booby-trapped riddles and psychological warfare. He is an expert in martial arts and all forms of firearms. He is a master at handling explosives and tactical uses for gasoline and chemical weapons. He deploys his vast army of armed thugs and relies on his right-hand man Mad Wolf for additional manpower and firepower. His preferred weapons are any variety of knives, practical and combat, and large caliber submachine guns. He is an expert with disguises and infiltration.
