·    Shiro Asuka – Shiro Asuka is a half-Japanese, half-American 18-year high school dropout who lives a life as an extreme sports athlete. He lives with an abusive and dysfunctional uncle and wants to get away from his tormented home life playing in arcades, participating in dirt bike and street loge competitions to make money, and hanging with friends. One day, he stumbles in a light-gun shooter arcade in the local mall. Not wanted to live for anything but glory, he is determined to play the game and receive the top score. Little that he realized that the arcade is actually a training tool for recruiting law enforcement personnel for a top-secret global police organization called E.A.G.L.E. (Elite Agency for Global Law Enforcement) but, due to a computer database glitz, was accidentally sent to the mall rather than its’ original location at a coffee shop near the local FBI office. Shiro got the top secret and was secretly caught the eye of young recruiter Melissa Hutch. After a series of misunderstandings, Shiro was unwillingly recruited to E.A.G.L.E. and plunged headfirst into the dangerous world of international espionage, and he soon realized that this is no one. In this job, you die for real and there’s no chance of re-spawning to a local checkpoint. Shiro is a cocky and reckless individual who shoots first and thinks later. His cockiness sometimes irate his partner and Melissa’s older brother, E.A.G.L.E. operative Xavier Hutch, and felt the wrath of his supervisor, Number One. But Shiro’s loose cannon attitude is matched only with his gifted superior combat skills and experience from his extreme sports hobbies, whether is snowboarding while dodging helicopter gunfire, or skateboarding head-on into enemy territory. Shiro’s skill and a strong sense of justice make him one of the unlikeliest of rising stars in E.A.G.L.E. Shiro’s favorite hobbies are online multiplayer computer games and everything extreme sports, mostly dirt biking and skydiving. His favorite foods are sushi and hot dog with spicy mustard on top. Shiro is an experienced extreme sports athlete, which his skills are very useful in most missions. He has extensive espionage training and a natural in pistol marksmanship. He recently trained in martial arts and close-quarters weapons combat. His standard weapon is an E.A.G.L.E.-issue Walther P99 handgun. He is also a gifted computer hacker. He also has an intimate relationship is a mysterious Russian agent code named Red Sparrow.

·    Xavier Hutch – Xavier Hutch is a former LAPD homicide and major crimes detective and E.A.G.L.E.’s top operative in the Special Operations Division. He was recruited along with his sister, Melissa, to the secret law enforcement agency for his service record and expertise in drug crimes and counter-terrorism. Xavier Hutch is a by-the-numbers agent, staying faithful to protocols and regulations rather than go reckless on situations. When Shiro Asuka is recruited to E.A.G.L.E., and his team, Xavier is furious at first, to see a civilian recruit, let alone a cowboy hotshot, unwillingly joined along the ranks of his team. But became Shiro’s “big brother” figure and conscience. Unlike Shiro, who is a little reckless in dangerous situations, Xavier is a cool thinker and sometimes forced to stick by Shiro when bullets fly fast. Despite his lighthearted personality off-duty, when on missions he’s deadly serious and worried about having casualties on his team. His favorite hobbies are practice shooting and fly-fishing. His favorite food is Tuna casserole. Xavier is a seasoned detective with experience in forensics and ballistics. He’s a black belt in Judo, but he’s also trained in boxing. He’s experienced in weapons and tactics and was in several shootouts with various criminals in his LAPD days. His preferred handgun is a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 .45 caliber pistol. Xavier is a little angry about Shiro’s flirting with his sister.

·    Melissa Hutch – Melissa Hutch is a recruiter for E.A.G.L.E. (Elite Agency for Global Law Enforcement) and Xavier Hutch’s younger sister. She’s roughly the same age as hero Shiro Asuka, and was trained by the CIA since she was a young girl and has a gift for marksmanship. She accidentally recruited Shiro after the agency’s recruiting tool, a light-shooter arcade game, was re-routed to the wrong location due to a typing error. She has a somewhat light relationship with Shiro, much to the chagrin of Xavier. Melissa is a patriot, but would trust on her sources rather than the government to pursue what’s really necessary for the defense of her nation. She shares the same sense of justice as Shiro and Xavier, but rather goes by-the-book rather than follow on Shiro’s renegade instincts, and sometimes disapprove of his reckless actions in missions. Melissa’s favorite hobbies are collecting Anime-based monster card games and computer RPGs. Her favorite foods are chasse sandwiches, coconut-fried shrimp and Chinese fried rice. Melissa is an Olympic-level athlete, swimmer, and diver. She is highly trained in karate, jujitsu, judo, and knife-fighting combat. She is an experience intelligence operative and a well-educated law student and scholar. She is also highly skilled in communications and surveillance. She is a trained sniper and an expert in long-range weaponry; her preferred mission weapon is a Heckler & Koch PSG-1 sniper rifle. She has extensive training in close quarters pistol combat and electronics

·    Red Sparrow – Red Sparrow is a former Russian agent turned freelance mercenary. It is “rumored” than she is a descendant of the Romanov royal family, but currently there is no evidence proving this rumor. Sparrow is a cold and calculating professional, but sometimes has an emotional side. She was raised as a killer and a tool for Mother Russia, she never experience love and motherly comfort through most of her life. When Sparrow first clashed with E.A.G.L.E. agent Shiro Asuka, they were hated rivals and first, but Shiro’s humanity injected feelings that she never had before. Shiro since then, have a secret falling but Sparrow but still skeptical about her morals and tactics and questions her about having her own sense of justice. No favorite hobbies, only training and prepare for the next assignment. No favorite food, Sparrow only eats to survive. Sparrow is a highly trained and well-conditioned combat veteran. She is an expert in many forms of martial arts and hand-to-hand combat. Her own fighting skills mix traditional and non-traditional disciplines, which is mostly a combination of Kung Fu, Thai kickboxing and wrestling. She is an excellent markswoman and weapons expert. She is one of the most trained infiltration experts in the world. She is also arguably one of the most experienced survivalists in the field. She has expensive training in explosives and communications. The Russian government classifies the rest of her profile, although rumors around the Internet suggest she was once part of a scientific experiment involving an anti-aging serum, metabolic steroids, brainwashing and genetic enhancements.
