General Sunjammer of the Blackstar III military empire is one of the galaxy’s most fearsome and fascist military dictators. Under the guise of a diplomat for the Galactic Council of Nation Planets, he hides his public image of a humanitarian to cover his intentions to conquer various “non-interference” solar systems to plunder their natural resources. His latest target is Earth and commands his immense army of cyborg and clone storm troopers and his mech-suit-equipped war machine to take over the planets’ governments for his political gain. The only person that stands in his way is Earth’s greatest champion Superhawke. Sunjammer is a brilliant tactician and strategist. Honed by years of combat experience, he analyzes the target planet’s militaries and find out their weakness. He commands his military empire which consists of cyborg stromtroopers, bi-pedal humanoid-like robot tanks, and a special forces unit made up of genetic clones bred from perfect alien specimens.
