Wong Li, aka Mad Wolf, is the right hand man of New York criminal mastermind and anarchist Big Smiley. Li was one of the ruthless and dangerous assassins in the Chinese Triad and was responsible for the murder of Nick Aramaki’s partner in the Hong Kong Police. Before leaving to New York to rendezvous with Big Smiley as his new partner, Nick and his team confronted Li and a violent shootout ensues, leaving Li damaging permanent facial scars on his right side, but survived. Now knowing that Nick is working with Quentin Gunn’s agency, the only force capable of bringing Big Smiley down, Li, always loyal to Smiley and vowed revenge against Nick, confronts the Gunn team is brutal gun battles where no side wins. When Nick and Li meet again in battle, there will be hell to pay. Li is an expert trained killer who shows no mercy to his targets, but is honor bound by a strict code that he never takes innocent civilian casualties. Taking out Nick’s partner to Li is just business and nothing personal, until the day when he faced Nick’s HKPD team that scarred him, though he still believes it ups the ante a little bit. Li is a cold and cool-headed professional, yet stills lives for the thrill of combat, especially with his toughest adversaries. Despite Big Smiley’s sadistic games putting innocents at risks, Li is still has his undivided loyal towards the mastermind anarchist, and will pursue his dire desired to put New York City to the brink of anarchy, even if it does not agree with Li’s philosophy. Li is a trained and experienced hitman with vast expertise in weapons, martial arts, counter-intelligence, and covert operations. He is also a highly-trained computer and electronics hacker and explosives expert. He has contacts and informants around New York and Hong Kong who he pays huge amounts of money for vital information. His preferred combat weapons are machine pistols, single-shot hand rifles, and various types of assault rifles (particularly the full-auto modified M16A2 and M4A1 rifles, both attached with M203 grenade launchers). He is trained in Thai kickboxing and Karate, making him a fierce opponent in hand-to-hand combat. He is an expert in advanced driving and is a qualified helicopter pilot.
